OUR PROJECT
Palazzo Marinetti in Como takes its cue from the illustrious poet Filippo Tommaso Marinetti who in the first decades of the 1900s with his “Futurist Manifesto” overturned what until then was considered “normality” in the way of expressing oneself and being.
Also in this project our desire is to overturn “normality” in the way of living in one’s home which becomes an integral and living part of one’s ecosystem.
Being part of a environment that follows you and adapts to your needs; a living environment that varies with the weather, the seasons and why not also the mood of those who live there, an environment that will always be warm and welcoming, but with a green eye, eco-sustainable and which avoids waste and optimizes flow of renewable energy.
So we have a latest generation home automation system interconnected with the home that allows you to manage both the loads and the various appliances, optimizing the current flow and maximizing the savings that can be achieved.
A system that, if you wish, adapts to your lifestyle that innovates and becomes nonconformist and allows a bit like the futurist poets to collect the good things the market and technology offer today or tomorrow and make it part of your home.
Home automation also means having a supervisor who reminds you of appointments, tells you when to go, allows you to turn on, turn off and dim the internal lights as well as wake you up in the morning with your favorite song, or the radio station or keep you company during the day with the background music of your favorite programs.
All this is not the future, it is TODAY the today that Marinetti imagined over 1 century ago. What we are going to write between now and TOMORROW is the evolution of the ecosystem, the adaptability over time and the possibility of changing to the needs of each individual person.
